Covid-19  Update

A check-in video which will be sent to you one week prior to your stay, allowing for a contact-free arrival.  We have also decided to remove certain items from the tents such as board games and hot-water bottles which are difficult to regularly clean; they are now available to check out from the honesty shop.

Each tent has an automatic hand sanitiser at the entrance which we encourage guests to use regularly. There is also a sanitiser station at the main gate. The tents are cleaned thoroughly using a highly effective anti-viral solution and all linen is changed regardless of whether it has been used.  We have altered our booking system so that there is a 30 hour period between guests visits. All our accommodation is spaced out, so maintaining social distancing is extremely simple.

You can subscribe to Booking Protect when making your reservation; in the event you have to cancel your holiday they will issue a full refund.  If we are forced to close, we will be happy to make an alternative booking for you with no loss of your deposit.
